Most people want to do something that "matters". Secular jobs can matter as much as religious jobs. What is important is to examine you vocation in the light of the kingdom.
SEE YOUR VOCATION THROUGH THE KINGDOM DREAM. EVen what we consider mundane, "scut" work matters. "Do what we are called to do and let God water and sun what we do. And God does."
IT'S NOT ABOUT MONEY (COMPLETELY). Money should not be our focus—resources will be provided if we focus on the Kingdom.Life.
PEOPLE ARE NEIGHBORS. "What we do matters when what we do is seen as something designed for persons."
