Eating Together: Friendship and Homosexuality

Christians who care to talk about it tend to have two distinct responses to homosexuality. Either it is unequivocally wrong, or, is is fully compatible with Christian discipline. Most Christians do not participate in the debate.
Bewildered. Many Christians are bewildered party because the culture we live in is because were are adrift in a “trackless, sexual wilderness.” Sex is part of our consumers lifestyle and is packaged and sold.
A Logic and Politics of the Christian Body. Rather than argue about Greek translations, the author choose to start with the significance of the Eucharist and how that teaches us to value our bodies.
Eating Together. The significance of the Eucharist and the symbolism of eating together.
Living Together. A good discussion of the Christian implications of same sex relationships. A couple of quibbles, but all in all, good thoughts.
